Our venue was proud to host Tide's Evo product launch during SXSW 2024. This official event transformed our indoor and outdoor spaces into a fully immersive experience, thanks to a third-party fabrication company that customized every detail to reflect Tide's innovative vision. The event showcased a bespoke food and beverage menu, interactive product demonstrations, life-size product modules for hands-on engagement, and exclusive meet-and-greets with the Evo scientists and inventors. This activation highlighted how our venue provides the flexibility and resources needed to create unforgettable brand experiences.

This is our expansive patio space, spanning nearly 2,000 square feet, featured here during the 2024 Tide Evo launch at SXSW. This versatile outdoor area was utilized for a custom food truck activation, providing guests with unique culinary experiences as part of the event. Our patio is perfect for hosting food trucks, live chef demonstrations, cooking experiences, or even setting up staging for live concert performances.

Wanderlust is known for our innovative self-pour technology for the customer to dispense their own wine, providing an interactive experience unlike any traditional hospitality concept. This cutting-edge feature perfectly complements the interactive and technology tracks showcased at SXSW, making it an ideal venue for forward-thinking activations and memorable gatherings.
Our Main Tasting Room is designed to impress, featuring a built-in stage, professional-grade P/A system, and dynamic visual capabilities with an 85” television above our stage and two additional 45” televisions for support, looping videos, or static branding. Our Tasting Room is a vibrant and energizing space, featuring stunning art and murals created by Austin’s iconic local artists over the decades. Its warm, inviting atmosphere makes it the perfect setting for dedicated food and beverage experiences, intimate panel discussions, breakout sessions from larger general sessions, or cutting-edge VR simulators. Just steps away, you'll find our Green Room—a private haven ideal for your musicians, C-Suite executives/VIPs, or as an event command center for your team. The Tasting Room is equipped with a small stage, professional P/A system, and a ceiling-mounted projector with a dropdown screen, providing everything you need for impactful presentations, keynote addresses, dynamic panel discussions, and immersive general sessions. Shady Lane: Wine Hall
Our 4,500-square-foot Wine Hall offers the ultimate flexibility for large-scale events. With open sightlines throughout, it's the perfect venue for live music and concerts, comfortably seating up to 650 guests for a general session. The expansive layout and two large garage doors make it ideal for automotive showcases, fashion shows, and large-scale product demonstrations, allowing for seamless load-ins of vehicles, audio-visual equipment, and stage builds. Whether you're planning a bold brand activation or an immersive event, this space is designed to bring your vision to life with ease and style.
This vantage point of our Wine Hall highlights the unique furnishings and fixtures included with your venue rental. The space provides seating for 150 in the Wine Hall and an additional 50 in the adjacent Tasting Room, offering flexibility for a variety of event layouts. Outside, our patio features charming string lighting, picnic tables, and the capability to host 2-3 food trucks for a fun, Austin-inspired touch.
For those seeking a blank canvas to bring their creative vision to life, we’re happy to collaborate on transforming the space. We’ll work directly with you to determine labor and storage fees for removing and resetting existing furnishings to ensure your event is exactly as you imagine. Please note, when removing our current furnishings and fixutres capacities will increase. Our venue can host 602 people between our indoor and outdoor space.
Our Wine Hall offers a unique and versatile setting that goes beyond the ordinary. The space features ample power, flexible layouts for auxiliary bars and food stations, and a striking disco ball installation above the stage, perfectly suited for a 4- or 5-piece band.
With Austin's largest self-pour tap wall showcasing 80 wines from around the world, your guests will enjoy a curated experience that sets us apart as a leader in Austin’s evolving wine scene.
