Late Policy: Our shows start promptly at their scheduled start time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before show time to allow for parking, check-in, and seating. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to catch you up on your pours and food pairings. Thank you for your understanding and punctuality!

• Where is the Speakeasy Wine Cave located? Our Speakeasy Wine Cave is located at our Barton Springs location: 1601 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704

• What time should I arrive for my reservation? Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time to allow for check-in, parking, and seating. We begin 5 minutes after the scheduled time.

• What happens if I'm late for a tasting or show? If you arrive late, we will do our best to catch you up. However, please be aware that you may miss some of the tastings or food pairings, as our events run on a fixed schedule and dishes are prepared fresh on the spot. Our shows start promptly at their scheduled time, so arriving at least 10 minutes early allows for parking, check-in, and seating. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we'll do our best to accommodate you with your pours and food pairings.

• Is parking available at the venue? Yes, parking is available at our venue. Please allow extra time to find a spot and get settled before your reservation time.

• Can I adjust my reservation time? If you need to change your reservation time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our tastings run at specific times throughout the day. If you wish to switch your time, you’ll be presented with the options before and after your current booking.

• What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation? Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. All reservations are final. If a member of your party needs to cancel, we can offer the extra food or pours to another guest at your table to share. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
